Position: Sales Consultant

• Number of Positions: 32 vacancies
• Location: Addis Ababa
• Employment Type: Full-Time / Corporate Track

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience (Mandatory): A minimum of 4 to 6 months of proven, hands-on experience specifically in real estate sales.
• Key Competencies: Exceptional communication, professional negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and nurture high-potential sales leads through targeted networking and market outreach.
• Coordinate and conduct professional on-site property demonstrations and project feature presentations.
• Advise high-net-worth clients and real estate investors on market value to guide purchasing decisions.
• Achieve and consistently exceed established monthly and quarterly sales targets.
