Position 1: System Implementation Trainers (Junior Functional Consultants)
- Quantity Required: 14
- Education: Fresh Graduate or Final Year Student in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Locations: Addis Ababa, Hawassa, Dilla, Wolita Sodo, Hossana, Adama, Halaba, Aleta Wondo, and Shashemene.
Key Requirements:
- Technical Background: Solid understanding of computer operations and software applications.
- Equipment: Must own a functional laptop and have access to a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and patience; must be adept at explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Commitment: Ability to report to designated job sites daily for the entire duration of the contract.
Position 2: Junior Finance Odoo Functional Consultant
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Role Focus: Learning ERP systems and assisting with business process automation using Odoo.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and business software (prior exposure to ERP systems is an advantage).
- Core Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaborative team-working abilities.
