Position 1: MEAL Officer (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning)
The MEAL Officer facilitates annual planning, project monitoring, and evaluation within the Area Program to ensure effective program implementation and accountability.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Planning: Facilitates annual plans/budgets and identifies key performance indicators using National Standard TPs and CWB targets.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Tracks activity and budget implementation using tools like HORIZON and NO established protocols.
- Evaluation: Facilitates project evaluations and ensures reports are shared with stakeholders for organizational learning.
- Accountability: Rolls out social accountability frameworks and feedback mechanisms for beneficiary communities.
- Surveys: Facilitates data collection, enumerator recruitment, and verification processes following set standards.
- Requirements:
- Education: BA/BSc Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related fields.
- Experience: 3 years in a relevant field; NGO experience is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in computer packages such as SPSS, Epi-info, MS Access, and Excel.

Position 2: Field P&C Business Partner (People & Culture)
This role executes Human Resource activities for WFP projects and other grants, focusing on integrated HR solutions and talent transformation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Coordinates JD development, short-listing, interviewing, and staff onboarding/orientation.
- Performance Management: Manages counseling, grievances, and disciplinary issues in compliance with local labor laws.
- Systems Management: Updates the Workday system regarding reporting lines, medical approvals, and mandatory training.
- Staff Well-being: Plans team-building exercises, social events, and staff recognition platforms.
- Requirements:
- Education: BA in Management, HR, or Business Administration (MBA/MPM/MPA preferred).
- Experience: 4–6 years in HR Business Partnering; INGO experience in field operations/hardship locations is required.
- Additional: Professional membership in an HR body and experience with Workday or similar HRIS.
