Catering to international private operators, corporate flights, and discerning clients, the team operates continuously ($24/7/365$) to ensure seamless ground handling, regulatory flight clearance, and terminal operations.

The company is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join its flight support division as Junior Operation Officers.

Position Overview

• Job Title: Junior Operation Officer
• Employment Type: Full-time, On-site (Shift-based / requires full flexibility to accommodate night, weekend, and holiday rotations based on aviation schedules).
• Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
• Experience Level: Open to both junior professionals (1–3 years of workplace experience) and Fresh Graduates with zero (0) years of experience who demonstrate a strong passion for aviation.

Key Job Requirements and Qualifications

Education & Technical Foundations:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma in Aviation Management, Flight Dispatch, Ground Services Training, or a related technical discipline.
• Foundational understanding of international flight support, commercial ground handling protocols, and airport customs/terminal operations.

Core Competencies & Skills:

• High proficiency operating Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Microsoft Outlook for rapid, real-time client correspondence.
• Stellar verbal and written English communication skills (essential for coordinating with international aircrews and aviation authorities).
• Sharp attention to physical detail and the cognitive agility to safely multitask under intense, time-sensitive tarmac pressure.
• Preferred: Prior hands-on experience or structural internships coordinating and executing flight operations, slots, or overflight permits.
