  • Framework Design & Agile Transformation: Architect, implement, and govern an enterprise-wide project management framework.   • Portfolio & Resource Management: Prioritize the bank’s massive IT project portfolio in close collaboration with corporate stakeholders. Manage centralized resource allocation, optimize benefits realization, and mitigate deployment risks.
  • Governance & Business Analysis: Define clear governance structures, performance metrics, and success criteria tailored for hybrid and Agile environments.   • Tooling & Standard Operating Procedures: Deploy and maintain modern project management dashboards for real-time tracking, forecasting, and automated reporting. Educational Background:

  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Information Technology (IT), or closely matching technical fields.

Post-Graduation Experience Thresholds:

  • For M.Sc. Holders: Minimum of 10 years of related, progressive IT project management experience.
  • For B.Sc. Holders: Minimum of 12 years of related, progressive IT project management experience.
