Engineering & Technical Risk Assessment Roles
1. Engineering Officer II

Location / Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Education: BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a closely related industrial discipline from a recognized university.

Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with a mandatory threshold of at least 1 year spent serving explicitly as an Engineering Officer I inside the insurance industry.

Core Mandate: Conduct high-level technical valuation of machinery, execute complex automotive accident damage appraisals, and manage technical risk assessments for commercial clients.
2. Engineering Officer I

Education: BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related engineering field from a recognized university.

Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of relevant technical experience explicitly within the insurance industry.

3. Branch Manager III

Experience Required: Minimum of 6 years of relevant banking or insurance experience, out of which at least 1 year must be served directly in a Branch Manager capacity.
4. Underwriting Officer II

Education: BA/BSc Degree in Management, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or related fields from a recognized university.

Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years of relevant insurance experience, with a baseline of at least 1 year serving explicitly as an Underwriting Officer I.
5. Senior Risk and Compliance Management Officer

Education: BA/BSc Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related fields from a recognized university.

Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience across internal risk management, financial audit, or operations, with at least 2 years spent as a Risk and Compliance Management Officer II.
6. Secretary Cashier

Location / Duty Station: Bahir Dar

Education: College Diploma in Accounting from a recognized university or college, accompanied by a valid Certificate of Competency (COC) Pass.

Experience Required: Minimum of 4 years of solid experience operating as a professional Cashier or Teller.
