Open Positions & Specific Eligibility Criteria

Position 1: Marketing Specialist

• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Accounting, Cooperative Management, or a related field.
• Required Experience: Zero (0) years and above (Fresh Graduates and experienced applicants are welcome).
• Required Number: 5
• Additional Skills: Evidence of computer knowledge and proficiency is highly encouraged.
• Salary: Per the organization’s scale.
• Duty Station: Branch offices of the association.

Position 2: Financial Expert

• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Required Experience: Minimum of two (2) years or more of relevant professional experience.
• Required Number: 3
• Additional Skills: Strong computer knowledge and application skills are highly encouraged.
• Salary: Per the organization’s scale.
• Duty Station: Branch offices of the association.

Position 3: Loan Specialist

• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Required Experience: Minimum of two (2) years or more of relevant credit/loan operations experience.
• Required Number: 3
• Additional Skills: Strong computer knowledge and database/spreadsheet application experience are encouraged.

Position 4: Branch Manager

• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Cooperative Management, or a related field.
• Required Experience: Minimum of four (4) years or more of experience working in a cooperative or microfinance institution (MFI) setting.
• Required Number: 3
• Additional Skills: Demonstrated leadership ability and computer proficiency are highly encouraged.
• Salary: Per the organization’s scale.
