Alvima Foods Complex PLC is a premier agro-processing industrial facility specializing in high-volume flour processing and pasta manufacturing. Located in Adama, the plant is engineered with an impressive daily production footprint, outputting up to 66 tons of pasta and 95 tons of flour. The corporation is aggressively expanding its administrative, sales, and technical floor management teams across three (3) distinct openings.

Departmental Job Matrix & Operational Tracks

1. Admin Officer

• Workplace Location: Adama (The company maintains a strong preference for candidates residing locally in the Adama area).
• Education Required: BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or a related organizational business field.
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of 6 years of verified progressive experience in corporate administration, HR registry management, and plant-level labor coordination.

2. Sales Representative

• Workplace Location: Addis Ababa
• Education Required: BA Degree in Marketing & Sales, Marketing Management, Accounting, or a closely related commercial track.
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of 2 years of active field sales and account management experience specifically within the food manufacturing industry or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.

3. Flour Production Shift Supervisor

• Workplace Location: Adama Plant Site
• Education & Experience Matrix:
  • Track A: B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with a minimum of 2 years of shift handling experience in food manufacturing.
  • Track B: Technical TVET Level IV Certification in General Mechanics or related field with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience on a food processing plant floor.
