1. Head of Human Resource Services

• Education Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Management, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Public Administration.
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of 5 years of progressive, relevant HR experience, of which at least 1 year must be in a supervisory or senior-level position.
• Core Mandate:
  • Talent Lifecycle Management: Supervise day-to-day personnel tasks, screen applicant pools, conduct background/reference checks, and compile secure medical and police clearances for new hires.
  • Compliance & Employee Relations: Administer corporate disciplinary measures in strict accordance with internal guidelines and the company’s active Collective Agreement. Track performance evaluation cycles across plant floors.
  • Operations & Payroll Support: Maintain employee attendance records, manage comprehensive leave calendars, and coordinate with finance divisions to ensure timely payroll execution, pension processing, and benefit payouts.

2. Cashier Accountant

• Education Required: BA Degree or Technical Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related commercial track.
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of 2 years of verified, proven experience as a Cashier or Cashier Accountant specifically within a manufacturing plant setting.

  • Petty Cash Ownership: Conduct day-to-day petty cash disbursements, validating every payment voucher against authorized local supporting documents.
  • Revenue Collection & Ledger Ingestion: Process direct cash collections from wholesale distributors and field sales agents, issuing official receipts instantly. Run basic journal entries into the enterprise financial software.
  • Audit & Tax Readiness: Perform mandatory daily physical cash counts and balance checks against general ledger accounts. Ensure all physical invoices and tax receipts comply perfectly with federal tax laws.

3. Assistant Store Keeper

• Education Required: College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related trade domain.
• Experience Baseline: 1–3 years of active experience in warehouse administration, inventory tracking, or industrial logistics, preferably within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or industrial plant floor.
• Core Mandate:
  • Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Unload, audit, and index arriving raw ingredients and replacement parts against purchase orders. Package and load finished Cerealia products for wholesale dispatch.
  • Inventory Integrity & ERP Management: Enforce strict First-In, First-Out (FIFO) configurations to eliminate material spoilage. Keep accurate, real-time records on the central Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) database.
  • Floor Safety & Equipment Triage: Maintain clean, secure warehouse zones restricting unauthorized entry. Run routine checks on active equipment like pallet jacks, storage shelves, and forklifts.
