The company is currently executing a structural capacity expansion at its brand-new corporate headquarters and is seeking qualified professionals for three (3) critical vacancies within its finance and supply chain divisions.

Detailed Job Profiles & Core Responsibilities

1. Senior Accountant

• Experience Required: 5–8 years of progressive, hands-on corporate accounting experience.
• Education: B.A. Degree in Accounting & Finance or closely related fields.
• Core Responsibilities:
  • Financial Architecture: Prepare and analyze standard corporate financial statements to guarantee total compliance with national tax frameworks and accounting standards.
  • Ledger Control: Direct the month-end closing process, execute adjusting journal entries, and perform intricate bank and general ledger account reconciliations.
  • Reporting & Audits: Develop internal budgets, track cost variances, maintain internal risk management controls, and serve as the primary focal point for external auditor panels.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise accounts payable/receivable cycles and actively mentor junior bookkeeping staff.

2. Junior Accountant

• Experience Required: 0–1 year of foundational experience (ideal for high-potential entry-level professionals).
• Education: B.A. Degree in Accounting & Finance or business-related disciplines.
• Core Responsibilities:
  • Operational Bookkeeping: Assist senior staff with daily ledger postings, documentation indexing, and the preparation of basic financial reports.
  • Transaction Processing: Audit and process supplier invoices, cash receipts, and customer payments in a timely manner.
  • Reconciliations & Support: Conduct basic bank statement reconciliations and organize transaction vouchers for corporate auditing tracks.

3. Senior Procurement Officer

• Experience Required: 5–8 years of direct experience in industrial sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Education: B.A. Degree in Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or matching technical domains.
• Core Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sourcing: Design and implement innovative procurement strategies that align with complex real estate and construction timelines.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Conduct deep market research to pre-qualify vendors. Lead commercial contract negotiations to lock in optimal pricing, delivery terms, and material quality standards.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Forecast bulk material demand, monitor inventory buffers, and coordinate across construction engineering teams to eliminate on-site material stock-outs.
