To reinforce its Information Technology Security division, Bunna Bank S.C. invites qualified, energetic, and highly competent professionals to apply for the following open positions at its Head Office:

Open Positions

1. Junior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Officer

  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0–1 years of experience in IT operations, help desk, or identity and access management (Fresh graduates/Junior level).
  • Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent entry-level certifications.
  • Key Requirements: * Basic understanding of Active Directory, user provisioning, and access control concepts.
    • Strong attention to detail, high organizational skills, and the ability to process high volumes of access requests.
    • Willingness to learn IAM tools, ITIL processes, and banking security policies.

2. Senior Application Security Officer

  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in application security or software security engineering.
  • Required Certifications: Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), GWEB, GWAPT, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: * Hands-on experience with application security tools such as Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, SonarQube, Checkmarx, or similar.
    • Deep understanding of web application vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10), API security, and secure coding principles.
    • Proficiency in at least one development language (Java, Python, .NET, or similar) is preferred.

3. Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Officer

  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IAM, directory services, or access governance.
  • Required Certifications: Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Identity certifications, or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: * Hands-on experience with modern IAM platforms (Keycloak, WSO2 IS, Active Directory, Azure AD, CyberArk, or SailPoint).
    • Strong working knowledge of identity protocols such as LDAP, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.

4. Senior Security Automation & DevSecOps Engineer

  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or application security engineering.
  • Required Certifications: Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CKS (Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist), AWS/Azure Security Specialty, or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: * Hands-on proficiency with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab), container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
    • Demonstrated experience integrating automated security pipelines utilizing tools like SonarQube, Trivy, OWASP ZAP, Checkmarx, and DefectDojo.
    • Scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or similar; experience with API-driven security integrations.

5. Senior Infrastructure Security Officer

  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4–6+ years of specialized experience in infrastructure security or corporate cybersecurity roles.
  • Preferred Certifications: CCNA Security, CCNP Security, CEH, or equivalent credentials are an added advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of network architecture security, system hardening techniques, and deployment of security monitoring tools.
