1. Senior Contract Management Officer (Internal / External)

- Job Summary: The Senior Contract Management Officer is responsible for managing the Bank’s contract lifecycle, ensuring all contractual agreements are legally sound, commercially favorable, and compliant with applicable banking regulations, internal policies, and corporate governance standards. The role oversees drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, monitoring, amending, and renewing contracts with vendors, service providers, consultants, landlords, business partners, and other third parties.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts, agreements, and amendments with suppliers, service providers, consultants, landlords, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all contracts conform to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and legal standards.
- Maintain a centralized contract management system and database.
- Monitor contract validity periods and coordinate timely renewals, extensions, or terminations.
- Identify and mitigate legal, financial, and operational risks embedded in contract terms.
- Track contract deliverables, milestones, payment schedules, and contractor/vendor performance against agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and other departments to resolve contractual disputes and issues.
- Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s Degree: Law, Business Administration, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or related business field with a minimum of 4 years of banking / Microfinance (MF) experience, of which 2 years must be in Facility Management.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc): Law, Business Administration, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or related business field with a minimum of 6 years of banking / Microfinance (MF) experience, of which 2 years must be in Facility Management.
- Required Skills:
- Contract Coordination, negotiation, risk mitigation, and vendor performance monitoring.
2. Building Administration Officer (Internal)

- Job Summary: The Building Administration Officer is responsible for ensuring the efficient administrative operation of a building or facility while supporting property management, tenants, staff, and service providers. The role integrates office administration, facilities coordination, and customer service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of assigned buildings/facilities and conduct regular inspections.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generator, and other building systems.
- Maintain tenant records, lease agreements, occupancy status, rent collection, and lease renewals/onboarding.
- Supervise outsourced service providers, contractors, cleaners, and security personnel.
- Monitor utility consumption, verify utility bills, and support fixed asset inventory exercises.
- Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Educational Qualification & Experience:
- BA Degree: Facilities Management, Building Technology, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related business field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of Banking / Microfinance (MF) experience, of which at least 2 years must be as a Junior Officer.
- Required Skills:
- Relationship-building, facilities coordination, and property administration.
