Available Positions & Specifications
1. Branch Manager
- Place of Work: Harar
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from a recognized university in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive banking operational experience, of which at least 2 years must be in a Senior Officer, Customer Service Manager, or Customer Service Supervisor role within branch banking operations.
- Core Competencies & Requirements:
- Branch management, operational control, and team-building capabilities.
- Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Core Banking Applications and systems.
- Sales, marketing, negotiation, and effective communication skills.
- High commitment, time management, and internal audit/control awareness.
2. Senior Banking Business Officer
- Place of Work: Harar
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from a recognized university in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant banking operational experience, of which at least 2 years must be as a Branch Banking Officer.
- Core Competencies & Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) products and services.
- Expertise in branch operations, customer experience, sales, and marketing.
- Problem identification, analytical, and resolution capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
