1. Building Administration Officer

- Role Summary: Coordinates daily facility operations, property management, and office administration to maintain a safe, clean, and functional building environment. Holds responsibility for lease monitoring, tenant relations, and tracking building asset data.
- Education: BA Degree in Facilities Management, Building Technology, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a closely related business discipline.
- Experience Required: Minimum 4 years of experience within the banking or microfinance (MFI) sector, including at least 2 years serving at a Junior Officer capacity.
2. Senior Contract Management Officer (Internal Only)

- Role Summary: Manages the entire contract lifecycle (drafting, negotiating, and compliance monitoring) for suppliers, vendors, landlords, and consultants. Ensures all agreements align with Shabelle Bank’s internal policies, commercial interests, and regulatory banking standards.
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Economics, or Finance.
- Experience Required: 4 years (with a Master’s) or 6 years (with a Bachelor’s) of banking/MFI experience, of which a minimum of 2 years must be specifically concentrated in Facility Management.
3. Senior Facility Officer (Internal Only)

- Role Summary: Implements and oversees preventative and corrective maintenance programs across bank infrastructure, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and generator systems. Supervised outsourced sanitation, security, and maintenance vendors while tracking safety compliance.
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Building Technology, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a relevant structural discipline.
- Experience Required: 4 years (with a Master’s) or 6 years (with a Bachelor’s) of banking/MFI experience, with at least 2 years acting as an officer in a facility-related operations role.
4. Senior Fleet Officer (Internal Only)

- Role Summary: Coordinates daily vehicle utilization, logistics deployment, and driver safety compliance. Manages fuel efficiency tracking, vehicle registrations, insurance renewals, and maintenance history analytics to optimize transportation costs.
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Transport Management, Automotive Technology, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or a related administrative field.
- Experience Required: 4 years (with a Master’s) or 6 years (with a Bachelor’s) of banking sector experience, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated specifically to Fleet Management.
