Graduate Trainee Program

- Program Overview: Provides 2 to 3 months of structured off-the-job and on-the-job training designed to develop well-rounded professional bankers. Successful trainees are required to commit to serving Addis Bank for a minimum period of three years upon completion.
- Work Locations: Multiple branches across Ethiopia, including Addis Ababa, Adama, Adigrat, Agaro, Aweday, Axum, Aletawendo, Ambo, Assela, Bale, Bekoji, Bensa Daye, Bishoftu, Butajira, Dessie, Dukem, Dilla, Dire Dawa, Durame, Gambella, Ginnir, Harar, Hawassa, Jimma, Jigjiga, Logiya, Mekelle, Meki, Metema Yohannes, Mettu, Modjo, Sebeta area, Shire, Shashemene, Teppi, Wolkite, Woldiya, and Yirgachefe.
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or other closely related fields.
- Graduation Year & Academic Standing: 2026 G.C. graduates only, with a Cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 2.50 and above.
- Mandatory Examination: Must have successfully passed the National Higher Education Exit Exam.
- Work Experience: 0 Years / Fresh Graduates (No prior experience required).
