Open Positions & Requirements
1. Senior Safety Engineer
- Job Purpose: Lead and oversee health and safety activities across construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and minimizing workplace risks and accidents.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or real estate development.
- Certifications (Advantage): NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.
2. Senior Cost Accountant
- Reports To: Finance Manager
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa Head Office
- Job Purpose: Manage and analyze project and operational costs, ensuring accurate cost recording, allocation, reporting, and budgeting support.
- Educational Qualification: MA/BA Degree in Accounting or Finance (formal accounting designation preferred).
- Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and proficiency in Odoo/advanced Excel.
3. Senior Store Keeper
- Reports To: Project Store Head
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa
- Job Purpose: Manage and oversee all store operations, including receipt, storage, issue, and control of materials, tools, equipment, and finished goods, ensuring accurate inventory and ERP records.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Work Experience: 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or retail management, with experience handling ERP systems.
4. Senior Cashier Accountant
- Reports To: Finance Manager
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa Head Office
- Job Purpose: Manage daily cash and banking transactions, maintain accurate cash records, perform reconciliations, and ensure compliance with internal financial controls.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Work Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in cash management, banking, or accounting, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
5. Site Administrator
- Job Purpose: Provide administrative and coordination support at construction sites, managing employee attendance records, documentation, site logistics, and office operations.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Work Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or real estate projects.
6. Senior Mechanic
- Job Purpose: Maintain, diagnose, and repair company vehicles, construction machinery, and heavy equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation while minimizing downtime.
- Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Work Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction, heavy equipment, or fleet maintenance, with strong knowledge of hydraulic, diesel, mechanical, and electrical systems.
