Open Positions & Requirements
1. Senior Internal Auditor
- Job Purpose: Conduct transactional, complex, and sensitive audits to ensure overall company operations align with internal policies and procedures.
- Educational Requirements: BA or MA Degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience (experience in corporate and farming industries is advantageous).
- Key Skills: Internal auditing and accounting skills, complex data analytical problem-solving, written and verbal communication, audit report writing, presentation, MS Office proficiency, time management, and strong moral principles.
2. Head, Project Performance and Financial Auditor
- Job Purpose: Lead the Group’s project performance and financial audit functions to provide independent assurance on the effectiveness, efficiency, financial integrity, governance, and risk management of projects across the Group.
- Educational Requirements: Master’s Degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering (with strong financial audit experience). Professional audit certifications are highly desirable.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years for a Master’s degree or 12 years for a Bachelor’s degree of progressive experience in internal audit, external audit, project audit, financial control, and performance audit. Experience auditing large capital projects in diversified business portfolios (such as agriculture/farm operations, livestock development, construction, manufacturing, logistics, and export trading) is required.
- Key Skills: Analytical and critical thinking, communication, presentation, MS Office proficiency, organization, planning, and time management.
3. Junior Internal Auditor
- Job Purpose: Assist the internal audit functions and conduct transactional audits to ensure company operations comply with established policies and procedures.
- Educational Requirements: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Graduation Year & Academic Standing:0 years of experience (Fresh graduates from 2025 and 2026 with a cumulative GPA of 3.00 and above).
- Key Skills: Adaptability, strong teamwork, and willingness to learn.
