Open Positions & Requirements
1. Junior Site Engineer
- Project Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (Radisson Hotel Project)
- Educational Requirements: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Work Experience: 0 to 2 years (Fresh graduates with a strong interest in site work may be considered).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Site Engineers in site supervision, measurements, inspections, progress monitoring, material requests, reporting, quality control, and snagging.
- Must be capable of reading technical drawings and possess basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
2. Fit-Out Site Engineer
- Project Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (Radisson Hotel Project)
- Educational Requirements: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Work Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience (Hotel or high-end fit-out experience is highly preferred).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, tiling, painting, joinery, doors, cladding, and finishing works.
- Review drawings, coordinate MEP and architectural works, monitor quality and progress, and prepare site reports, RFIs, and inspection requests.
3. Fit-Out Senior Foreman
- Project Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (Radisson Hotel Project)
- Educational Requirements: Technical Diploma / Certificate or equivalent practical experience.
- Work Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience (Strong hotel or high-end fit-out experience preferred).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate partitions, ceilings, flooring, tiling, painting, joinery, cladding, doors, and finishing works.
- Manage manpower, productivity, workmanship, materials, daily site activities, and snagging.
- Lead and supervise fit-out workers and subcontractors.
4. Level Man / Surveyor
- Project Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (Radisson Hotel Project)
- Educational Requirements: Diploma or Certificate in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Work Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out setting-out, leveling, alignment, elevations, grid lines, benchmarks, floor levels, partitions, ceilings, doors, and other fit-out works.
- Must be proficient in using an Auto Level, Total Station, and Laser Level.
- Read architectural and structural drawings while maintaining accurate survey records.
5. Senior Store Keeper
- Project Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (Radisson Hotel Project)
- Educational Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Store Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Construction project experience is required (hotel fit-out experience is an advantage).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receiving, storage, issuing, and recording of construction materials.
- Maintain stock records, material registers, inventory control, and proper project documentation.
