💼 Job Summary
The Customer Experience Associate will provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience throughout the customer journey. The role involves conducting customer surveys, managing customer feedback, and supporting communication between customers and the company.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer surveys using designated tools and methodologies
- Engage customers professionally and collect accurate data
- Translate survey questions and responses when necessary
- Enter and manage survey data both online and offline
- Participate in team meetings and provide progress updates
- Record and forward customer complaints to relevant departments
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security
- Provide feedback to improve survey tools and customer engagement methods
- Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors
- Follow company policies and operational standards
🎓 Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Management
- Related fields
💼 Experience:
- No prior work experience required (Fresh graduates can apply)
🧠 Required Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills
- Customer-oriented attitude with positive service mindset
✔ Language Advantage
Knowledge of the following languages is preferred:
- Afan Oromo
- Tigrigna
- Other local languages
