Vacancy Summary
- Job Position: IT Officer
- Experience: 0–1 year (fresh graduates and interns are encouraged to apply)

Job Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees (hardware, software, network issues)
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment
- Assist in managing company networks (LAN/WAN and internet connectivity)
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly
- Support software installations, updates, and user account management
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Ensure data security, backups, and antivirus protection
- Assist in implementing IT policies and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (internship experience accepted)
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routers, switches)
- Familiarity with Windows OS and common office applications
- Understanding of hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of basic cybersecurity practices
- Experience with IT support tools and ticketing systems
- Familiarity with cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
