Detailed Job Profiles & Requirements
1. Customer Relationship Officer II
- Locations: Addis Ababa, Dessie, and Shashemene
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or closely related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant banking experience specifically in customer relationship management, branch business development, financing follow-up, or corporate sales.
- Core Responsibilities: Deepen client relations within the district; pitch Shari’ah-compliant financing leads; cross-sell digital banking products; and manage early arrears monitoring, portfolio discipline, and delinquency collection tracking.
2. Banking Business Officer II (BBO II)
- Locations: Addis Ababa Branches
- Volume Needed: 20–30 Openings
- Education: B.A. Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2.5 years of active branch banking experience, out of which at least 1 year must be served explicitly as a Banking Business Officer I (BBO I).
- Required Competencies: Proven mastery of front-end branch operations, localized sales/marketing, customer experience delivery, and strong Interest-Free Banking (IFB) product knowledge.
3. Banking Business Officer I (BBO I)
- Locations: Addis Ababa Branches
- Volume Needed: 20–30 Openings
- Education: B.A. Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of branch banking experience, out of which at least 6 months must be served as a Junior Officer or equivalent operational rank.
- Required Competencies: Solid foundation in Interest-Free Banking (IFB) product guidelines, customer onboarding, and basic retail cross-selling.
4. Junior Banking Business Officer
- Locations: Addis Ababa Branches
- Volume Needed: 20–30 Openings
- Education: B.A. Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of progressive work history in the banking industry specifically served under a Bank Trainee track.
