Position Details

  • Job Title: Cost and Inventory Management Lead
  • Department: Finance
  • Reporting To: Finance Head

Key Responsibilities

  • TB and GL clearing and completeness checks across all accounts
  • Prepare cost buildup sheets for product imports and reconcile costs
  • Take responsibility for monthly inventory reporting, counting, and discrepancy resolution
  • Inventory valuation, management, and reconciliation with GL
  • Review imports and align foreign purchases with import teams
  • Prepare monthly COGS & overhead reports for business units
  • Manage company fixed asset coding, registration, adjustments, and depreciation
  • Monitor CAPEX progress and proper capitalization
  • Supervise product/project cost tracking and allocation in Odoo ERP
  • Generate cost variance analysis and support budget control
  • Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement for compliance and verification
  • Review accounting and Odoo ERP reports for accuracy
  • Verify vendor invoices and perform other related tasks

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: BA in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in inventory management
  • Knowledge & Skills:
    • Construction sales and key account familiarity
    • Strong analytical skills
    • IFRS and local tax rules
    • ERP experience for costing and inventory
    • Microsoft Office proficiency
    • Data analytics capability
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership
