The company is seeking qualified, driven professionals to fill three technical and quality assurance positions based in Addis Ababa.
Open Positions & Requirements
1. Sanitation Hygiene and Environment (SHE) Officer
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Education: BSc Degree in Environmental Science, Hygiene & Sanitation, or closely related fields of study.
- Experience: 0 years (Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and deploying plant sanitation and hygiene protocols; conduct regular inspections of production facilities to ensure strict safety compliance; maintain detailed logs of sanitation activities and support plant-level environmental safety initiatives.
2. System Improvement and Implementation Officer
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Education: BSc Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, Environmental Science, Hygiene & Sanitation, or related fields.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of verified professional experience.
- Key Responsibilities: Analyze existing plant quality assurance systems to isolate inefficiencies; implement new quality control workflows; conduct regular internal audits of manufacturing lines; and assist in training factory personnel on updated standard operating procedures (SOPs).
3. Microbiologist
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Education: BSc Degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related laboratory science field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of clinical or industrial laboratory experience.
- Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine microbiological testing on incoming raw production materials and finished batches to ensure complete compliance with food safety baselines; develop and validate standard laboratory testing procedures; and calibrate and maintain laboratory testing equipment.
