Open Positions & Requirements

1. Branch Manager

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of active banking operations experience.
  • Advantage: Interest-Free Banking (IFB) training certification is highly preferred.
  • Core Duties: Drive the sustainable and profitable growth of the branch; optimize customer service excellence and retention; oversee loan and foreign currency request compilations; manage controllable expenses; and ensure the branch’s books of accounts balance perfectly.

2. Senior District Financing Officer

  • Duty Station: Central District Office
  • Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in banking operations.
  • Advantage: Interest-Free Banking (IFB) certification is highly desirable.
  • Core Duties: Evaluate district-level financing requests, monitor asset portfolio performance, and ensure financing structures comply with interest-free banking principles.

3. Call Centre Operator

  • Duty Station: Head Office
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in a dedicated Call Center environment.
  • Advantage: Interest-Free Banking (IFB) certification is preferred.
  • Core Duties: Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, troubleshoot client issues, and provide accurate product info regarding interest-free accounts and financial services.

4. Office Service Assistant

  • Duty Station: Main Branch and Central District Office
  • Education: TVET 10+1 or above in Accounting, Management, IT, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of related administrative support experience.
  • Core Duties: Assist in daily branch/district administrative tasks, manage office records, handle basic documentation, and support operational staff.
