The company is currently hiring for four (4) distinct openings within its implementation and commercial growth teams.

Detailed Job Profiles & Accountability Portfolios

1. Senior ERP Functional Consultant

  • Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of hands-on ERP implementation and consulting experience.
  • Education: B.A. or B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Management.
  • Core Accountability Blueprint:
    • System Architecture & Lifecycle: Lead full-cycle ERP deployments from preliminary business process discovery workshops through to live deployment and post-launch troubleshooting.
    • Configuration & Testing: Map and analyze client workflows to configure functional modules across accounting, inventory, payroll, procurement, manufacturing, and CRM. Draft functional specifications, supervise data migration, and run User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
    • Client & Training Management: Interface directly with corporate executives to balance milestone expectations. Author user manuals and train local system administrators.

2. Software Sales Officer

  • Experience Required: 0–2 years of business development experience (software/SaaS sales experience is a distinct asset but not mandatory).
  • Education: B.A. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Core Accountability Blueprint:
    • B2B Pipeline Development: Identify new enterprise clients, schedule discovery calls, and conduct technical product demonstrations.
    • Deal Closing: Gather detailed functional software requirements to prepare accurate quotations, tailored commercial proposals, and software licensing contracts. Meet monthly and annual sales quotas while recording interaction data directly into the corporate CRM system.

3. Software Sales Intern

  • Experience Required: Entry-Level (High potential opportunity tailored for college/university students and recent graduates).
  • Education: Minimum Grade 12 completion.
  • Core Accountability Blueprint:
    • Lead Generation Support: Assist frontline sales agents by mapping market segments, running localized market research, updating prospect lists, and gathering contact records.
    • Incentives: Hands-on experience in specialized B2B software marketing, direct professional mentorship, and a formal Certificate of Internship upon completion. High performers will be prioritized for full-time employment conversion.

4. Digital Marketing & Content Associate

  • Experience Required: Early-career creative role (No background in graphic design or direct sales required).

    • Content Architecture: Create copy tailored to B2B technology marketing. Write LinkedIn articles, corporate case studies, cold email sequences, and high-converting website landing pages focused on ERP and POS systems.
    • Paid Media Execution: Set up, launch, and monitor performance marketing campaigns via Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Analyze performance trends to maximize incoming sales qualified leads (SQLs).
