1. STEM Teacher
Teaches science, technology, engineering, and math concepts; requires a B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (0+ years experience, fresh graduates and experienced teachers welcome).
2. Software Programming Teacher
Instructs programming and computer science; requires a B.Sc. Degree or above in Software Engineering (0+ years experience, fresh graduates and experienced teachers welcome).
3. Subject Teachers (English, Communication, Math, Science, Afan Oromo, Social Studies, Amharic)
Delivers curriculum-specific instruction; requires a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or above in the relevant subject + minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
4. Specialized Activity & Value Teachers (Sport, Arts, Career, Civics)
Leads physical education, arts, and value education; requires a Bachelor’s Degree or above in physical education, fine arts, civics, or related fields + minimum 2 years of experience.
5. Primary (Self-Contained) Teachers
Provides general elementary education; requires a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or above in Primary Education or related fields + minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience.
6. Kindergarten Teachers
Facilitates early childhood learning; requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or related fields + minimum 2 years of early childhood teaching experience.
7. Assistant Teachers
Supports classroom instruction and management; requires a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Education or related fields + minimum 2 years of classroom assistance experience.
8. School Nurse
Provides health care and first aid to students; requires a Diploma or Degree in Nursing / Health Sciences + minimum 2 years of clinical or school nursing experience.
9. Laboratory Technician
Maintains and prepares science laboratory equipment and experiments; requires a Diploma or Degree in Lab Tech, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields + minimum 2 years of lab experience.
10. Special Needs Teacher
Supports students with diverse learning needs; requires a Diploma or Degree in Special Needs Education or related fields + minimum 2 years of special needs teaching experience.
11. Guidance Counselor
Provides student counseling and psychological support; requires a Diploma, Degree, or above in Psychology, Educational Psychology, or Counseling + minimum 2 years of experience.
12. School Principal
Manages overall school operations, leadership, and staff; requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, Management, or related fields + minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
