1. Branch Manager I
Manages overall branch operations and performance; requires BA in Business, Finance, or Management + minimum 7 years of commercial banking experience (including 2+ years in a supervisory role). Place of Work: Wolkite.
2. Senior Customer Service Officer I
Supervises customer service transactions; requires BA in Business, Finance, or Management + 4 years of banking experience (including 2+ years as a Customer Service Officer). Places of Work: Dire Dawa, Harar, and Jigjiga.
3. Customer Service Officer
Handles customer accounts and front-line banking services; requires BA in Business, Finance, or Management + minimum 2 years of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer. Places of Work: Addis Ababa, Dire Dawa, Harar, and Jigjiga.
4. Junior Customer Service Officer
Provides foundational front-office customer service; requires BA in Business, Finance, or Management + minimum 1 year of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee. Places of Work: Addis Ababa, Dire Dawa, Harar, and Jigjiga.
5. Principal Civil Engineer
Oversees civil and architectural engineering projects; requires BSc in Civil or Architectural Engineering + minimum 6 years of relevant experience (including 2+ years as a Senior Civil Engineer). Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa.
6. Senior System Engineer
Manages core system infrastructure and IT operations; requires BSc in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related fields + minimum 4 years of experience (including 2+ years as a System Engineer). Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa.
7. System Engineer
Maintains and supports IT systems and networks; requires BSc in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related fields + minimum 2 years of experience as a Junior System Engineer. Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa.
