Responsible for receiving and handling visitors and calls with professionalism, managing correspondence, and supporting People Management Department in administrative tasks. Ensures smooth front-desk operations and excellent first impression for guests and clients.


πŸ“Œ Key Responsibilities:

  • Politely welcome and guide visitors to appropriate staff
  • Prevent unauthorized entry into the premises
  • Register, distribute, and track all incoming and outgoing letters
  • Support HR/admin-related routines
  • Handle incoming calls, redirect or take messages accurately and promptly
  • Assist with making international calls and maintain call log
  • Review and route telephone bills for verification and approval
  • Maintain neat and professional reception area
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by HR

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Office Management, Management, or related fields

🧠 Experience:
