Reality Real Estate is a leading real estate developer in Ethiopia specializing in high-quality residential apartments. We are expanding into coffee, oil seeds, and pulses export and are seeking an experienced Export Manager to drive international sales and ensure regulatory compliance.

✨ Job Summary

As an Export Manager, you will:
✅ Develop and manage relationships with international buyers
✅ Monitor international market trends and regulations
✅ Negotiate sales contracts, delivery timelines, and pricing
✅ Oversee export documentation and shipment coordination
✅ Promote the company’s products through online platforms, exhibitions, and events
✅ Ensure compliance with Ethiopian export regulations
✅ Prepare and submit weekly/monthly operational reports

🔹 Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Establish and manage partnerships with international buyers
• Assess international markets for coffee, oil seeds & pulses
• Negotiate key contract terms (prices, timelines, shipping)
• Manage the execution of export contracts
• Oversee international shipments and documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
• Promote products via online channels and trade events
• Maintain detailed export records and reports
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints
• Ensure adherence to Ethiopian and international export regulations

🛠️ About You – Qualifications & Experience

• Education: BA in Purchasing and Supply, Marketing, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in relevant export/commercial roles, including at least 3 years in a management position
• Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of coffee, oil seeds, and pulses markets
• Technical Skills: Experience with Ethiopian export procedures and documentation, familiarity with commercial processes
• Soft Skills: Communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, leadership, and time management
