Established to provide affordable loans, savings, and micro-insurance services to active lower and middle-income segments, the institution is currently seeking a qualified professional to join its Human Capital team.


Position: Senior HC & Talent Management Officer

  • Location: Debre Birhan, Ethiopia
  • Department: Human Capital (HC) & Administration
  • Employment Type: Full-Time Track
  • Salary: Per the institution’s scale.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Capital Management, Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR principles, talent management strategies, and operational practices specifically within the Microfinance (MFI) or Banking sectors.
