Entry-Level & Fresh Graduate Positions (0–2 Years Experience)
1. Junior Battery Charging Technician
- Education: TVET / Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Experience: 0 – 2 years (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Key Requirements: Strong willingness to learn lithium battery handling and safety protocols; must be physically capable of lifting and moving heavy battery units; ability to strictly follow technical checklists.
2. Junior Local Procurement and Logistics Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related business field.
- Experience: 0 – 1 year (Fresh graduates eligible).
- Key Requirements: Strong communication and computer skills. High accuracy in document processing.
- Advantage: Familiarity with startup operations, the mobility sector, or digital project tools (WhatsApp, Slack, Trello, Google Apps).
3. Site Acquisition Associate
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related fields.
- Experience: 1 – 2 years in field-based roles.
- Key Requirements: Deep geographic knowledge of Addis Ababa and Sheger City; strong negotiation skills; must be willing to travel extensively for field-based site scouting.
4. Junior Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in EHS Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 1 – 2 years within an active manufacturing environment.
- Key Requirements: Good working knowledge of industrial safety regulations, sharp incident investigation abilities, and a proactive attitude toward warehouse safety.
- Advantage: Familiarity with Electric Two-Wheeler (E2W) and Three-Wheeler (E3W) production.
5. Junior Sales Representative
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Experience: 1 – 3 years in sales or customer success roles.
- Key Requirements: Solid grasp of direct sales methodologies, target-driven mindset, and a genuine passion for customer service.
Mid-Level & Professional Positions
6. Senior Accountant
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: 2 – 3 years in accounting, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
- Key Requirements: Sound knowledge of cost accounting frameworks and raw material inventory management; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and specialized accounting software.
7. Procurement Team Lead
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 3+ years in procurement or supply chain operations.
- Key Requirements: Deep knowledge of supplier evaluation, strong commercial negotiation abilities, experience utilizing corporate ERP systems, and stakeholder management skills.
Management-Level Positions (5+ Years Experience)
8. Accounting Manager
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: 5 – 7 years in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position. Manufacturing sector background preferred.
- Key Requirements: Extensive experience leading external corporate audits and tax audits; mastery of Ethiopian tax regulations, cost accounting, and inventory valuation controls.
9. Customer Experience (CX) Manager
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 5+ years in customer experience, after-sales service, or automotive/technical service operations.
- Key Requirements: Proven leadership managing client-facing teams; expert familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, Zendesk, Trello); fluent in written and spoken English and Amharic.
