Position: Sales Consultant

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience (Mandatory): A minimum of 4 to 6 months of proven, hands-on experience specifically in real estate sales.
- Key Competencies: Exceptional communication, professional negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and nurture high-potential sales leads through targeted networking and market outreach.
- Coordinate and conduct professional on-site property demonstrations and project feature presentations.
- Advise high-net-worth clients and real estate investors on market value to guide purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and consistently exceed established monthly and quarterly sales targets.
