Position: Junior Sales Person
- Job Purpose: To identify potential clients, support senior sales staff, and contribute to the company’s market presence through effective product demonstrations and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients via cold calling, networking, and email campaigns.
- Sales Support: Assist senior staff with proposals, documentation, and client updates.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of furniture and mattress products to demonstrate value to clients.
- Client Relations: Contact existing customers to address ongoing needs or reactivate previous buyers.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitors and report market trends to management.
- Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and elements of sales agreements.
- Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 0 years (Work experience is not required).
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
