Position: Graduate Trainee
- Job Purpose: To support the Bank’s effective service delivery to customers and ensure customers are served with due care and maximum efficiency.
- Locations (Hawassa District): Werka, Bensa Daye, Adola, Shinshicho, and Jinka Branches.
Qualification & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing, or other Banking business-related fields.
- GPA Requirement: CGPA of 2.75 and above.
- Graduation Year: Only 2025 & 2026 graduates are eligible to apply.
- Age Limit: Must be 25 years old or younger (Age ≤ 25).
- Exit Exam: National Exit Exam result of 50 or above.
- Experience: Zero experience required (Fresh Graduates).
- Certification: COC (for Level IV) is mandatory.
- Specialized Knowledge: Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operations is required and compulsory.
