1. Senior Accountant
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting and Finance, or closely related business fields.
- Experience Requirement: Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience strictly within the corporate accounting or financial sector.
- Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform and verify monthly multi-bank ledger and account reconciliations.
- Track general ledger balances and monitor managerial cash flows (including payment disbursements, collections, and credit notes).
- Conduct regular field visits to core banking facilities to execute high-value transfers, collect statements, and audit petty cash replenishment.
- Organize and declare monthly statutory obligations—including VAT, withholding tax (WHT), pension schemes, and employee income tax—using the government’s online one-window system.
- Manage comprehensive tax clearance procedures and structural VAT refund claims with the Ministry of Revenues.
- Support the Finance Manager in compiling monthly and annual data dashboards spanning operational costs (fixed, variable, transit, energy, and service lines), sales, and inventory stock reports.
- Provide daily technical supervision and on-the-job training modules for junior accounting staff.
- Required Skills: Adaptability, high proficiency in complex statutory accounting, and tax regulation environments.
2. Archive Officer
- Education: College Diploma, Technical 10+4 Certificate, or above in Management, Accounting, Computer Science, or closely related domains.
- Experience Requirement: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in record safekeeping, document control, or database administration.
- Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preserve sensitive company information, corporate data pipelines, and valuable employee personnel files.
- Structure secure archival systems and distinct document classification indexes to guarantee immediate information retrieval.
- Process newly incoming documentation, maintaining log books of items received, stored, issued, or returned.
- Manage data reserve protocols, monitor checked-out archival components, and handle the secure disposal of outdated or inactive files.
- Build and oversee accessible computer-based digital archives, leveraging current advances in electronic data storage technology.
- Standardize physical document preservation by duplicating vital records onto digital disks, video formats, or specialized film media.
- Required Skills: Adaptability, strict attention to detail, and a solid understanding of database indexing frameworks.
