Open Positions

1. Digital Channel Application Officer

  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Educational Qualification: First Degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related fields from a recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of relevant working experience in digital channels, electronic banking applications, or related IT roles.
  • Key Core Focus: Supporting digital application deployment, monitoring electronic banking systems, and ensuring seamless delivery of the bank’s digital products.

2. Core And Auxiliary System Officer

  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Educational Qualification: First Degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related fields from a recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of relevant working experience in core banking systems administration, peripheral applications, or IT systems support.
  • Key Core Focus: Assisting in the maintenance, routine operational upgrades, and direct monitoring of core financial databases and auxiliary software systems.

3. Senior Core And Auxiliary System Officer

  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Educational Qualification: First Degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related fields from a recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of relevant working experience. Candidates must demonstrate advanced technical competency and a strong background in supporting core banking frameworks and secondary internal systems.
  • Key Core Focus: Overseeing system integrations, leading advanced diagnostics of core banking errors, and ensuring overall systems operational availability and resilience.

4. Senior Travel And General Affairs Expert

  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (First Degree) in Management, Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in travel administration, general affairs, or a closely related administrative function.
  • Desired Background: Direct experience within a commercial bank, financial institution, or large corporate organization is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience in international travel coordination, corporate vendor management, and strict budget monitoring will be an added advantage.
