Departmental Vacancies & Operational Portfolios

Position 1: Manager & Accountant

  • Target Demographics: This specific opening is tailored for Female candidates.
  • Role Summary: A dual-capacity role handling administrative leadership, team productivity tracking, and strict statutory bookkeeping.
  • Core Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate internal milestones, project timelines, and employee deliverables using tracking platforms like Notion.
    • Process invoices, receipts, corporate payroll registries, and multi-tier expense reports.
    • Formulate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; maintain ironclad compliance with Ethiopian tax regulations and direct reconciliations with auditors and banks.
  • Academic Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. (An MBA or CPA designation is highly preferred).
  • Experience Baseline: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in accounting, administration, or corporate management. High proficiency in QuickBooks and the Microsoft Office suite is required.

Position 2: Sales and Marketing Officer

  • Compensation Structure: Base Fixed Salary + Attractive Commission & Performance Incentives.
  • Role Summary: Focuses on aggressive B2B client acquisition, pipeline lead generation, and structural service presentations.
  • Core Responsibilities:
    • Identify, cold-call, and interface with startups, SMEs, and growth-stage enterprises.
    • Actively pitch the company’s tech solutions (AI bots, ERP tools, custom web/app projects, and corporate branding).
    • Build out tailored commercial proposals, quotations, and comprehensive client-follow-up tracks.

Position 3: Senior YouTube Video Editor

  • Role Summary: Lead post-production strategies for retention-centric, narrative-driven YouTube content along with cross-platform short-form assets (Shorts, Reels, TikTok clips).
  • Core Responsibilities:
    • Assemble long-form edits engineered to maximize watch time, pacing, visual flow, and initial hooks.
    • Integrate precise motion graphics, typography animations, audio cleanup scripts, sound effects (SFX), and cinematic color grading.
