1. Finance Officer (Roster)
- Role Focus: Works within the Emergency Response Team to handle field-level accounting methods, internal controls, daily cash management, and financial data processing.

- Enter financial transactions daily and update the Cash Transactions Journal (CTJ).

- Requirements:

- 4 years of direct work experience in accounting or financial management.
- Solid grasp of accounting software, MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
2. Health & Nutrition Officer (Roster)
- Role Focus: Oversees high-quality delivery of health and nutrition interventions at targeted health facilities and emergency field sites.
- Key Tasks:
- Supervise life-saving primary health care (PHC) and nutrition activities according to national and IMC standards.
- Train and support government health workers; run epidemic surveillance and outbreak investigations.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders and represent IMC at site-level cluster meetings.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Nursing, or a related field.
- 2 years of field experience, specifically with emergency health responses (MHNT, BCC, PHEM).
- Mandatory: Fluency in the specific language of the assigned site.
3. Surge Medical Doctor (Roster)
- Role Focus: Provides comprehensive general and emergency clinical care to support overwhelmed health centers or hospitals during humanitarian crises and high patient inflows.
- Key Tasks:
- Assess, diagnose, and stabilize acute medical cases (severe trauma, infections, complications).
- Mentor and supervise junior medical officers, nurses, and clinical staff.
- Coordinate patient referrals and ensure high-standard Infection Prevention and Control (IPC).
- Requirements:
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree with a valid, active practice license.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, heavily featuring emergency care.
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt under intense pressure in low-resource/outbreak environments.
4. Senior VAWG (Violence Against Women and Girls) Response Officer (Roster)
- Role Focus: Coordinates and monitors safety, case management, and psychosocial support programming for crisis-affected women and survivors in IDP/refugee sites.
- Key Tasks:
- Supervise day-to-day community mobilization and individual response work plans.
- Ensure safe, ethical, and entirely confidential tracking of VAWG program data.
- Build strong networks with emergency stakeholders (UNHCR, UNFPA, UNICEF, local bodies).
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (minimum 4 years of experience) OR Master’s Degree (minimum 3 years of experience) in Sociology, Social Work, Public Health, or Maternal and Newborn Health.
- At least 3 years must be in an emergency or refugee/IDP crisis setting with a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Comfortable living and working in designated hardship locations.
