Real Estate Career Opportunities
1. Sales Consultant
👥 Vacancies: 120
📍 Location: Addis Ababa
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, or related.
⏳ Experience: Min. 2 years of proven sales experience in real estate or related fields.
Focus: Relationship building, negotiation, and meeting ambitious sales targets.
2. Sales Supervisor
📍 Location: Addis Ababa
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Management, Economics, or Sales (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
⏳ Experience: Min. 4 years total sales experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or management capacity.
Focus: Driving team performance and achieving corporate sales targets in Real Estate or luxury asset management.
