To reinforce our non-clinical operations, frontline services, and brand-building units in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, we are seeking highly motivated, qualified, and process-driven professionals for the following positions:
Available Career Opportunities
1. Business Operations Manager
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Hospital Admin, or Health-related field.
⏳ Experience: Min. 7 years progressive operations management (2 years in senior leadership).
Focus: Medical Supply Chain, HR, Stores, IT, and regulatory compliance.
2. Sales & Marketing Manager
🎓 Education: Health-related degree (MD, Pharm, Nursing, Public Health). MBA/Master’s in Marketing is a plus.
⏳ Experience: Min. 7 years healthcare marketing/sales (2 years in leadership).
Focus: Commercial growth, referral networks, and brand development.
3. Sales & Marketing Officer (Field-Based)
🎓 Education: Health-related degree (MD, Pharm, Nursing, Public Health).
⏳ Experience: Min. 3 years sales/business development in healthcare/pharma.
Focus: Field relationship building, patient footfall generation, and target-driven marketing. Must have a driving license.
4. Customer Service Coordinator
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business, Healthcare Admin, or related.
⏳ Experience: >5 years in customer service, front office, or patient relations.
Focus: Frontline service delivery, patient flow, and complaint management.
5. Storekeeper
🎓 Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Pharm, or Health Systems.
⏳ Experience: Min. 3 years in stock control/storekeeping (healthcare/lab setting preferred).
Focus: Inventory control, cold-chain management, and EFDA compliance.
