๐น Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist drivers and riders with inquiries
- Provide clear and accurate information about services
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
- Maintain records of calls and follow company procedures
- Support daily operations of the ride service
๐น Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field of study
- Strong communication skills in Amharic and English
- Basic computer knowledge and skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
