🍺 Position: Beer Production Operator
Experience Level: Fresh Graduate
Industry: Beverage Manufacturing
Work Location: Modjo
🔧 Main Responsibilities
- Support the beer production process from malt entry to BBT connection to bottling.
- Operate brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor operations from malt transfer to bright beer tank.
- Prepare, measure, and dose brewing additives as instructed.
- Perform CIP (Cleaning in Place) procedures as per instructions.
- Take samples and maintain accurate production records.
- Maintain cleanliness of machinery and production area.
- Handle chemicals and additives using proper PPE.
- Follow strict safety and hygiene standards.
⚠️ Note: Consumption of beer or use of unprescribed medication during working hours is strictly prohibited.
🎓 Required Qualification
- B.Sc. Degree in Food Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
