1. Cashier-Secretary
- Qty: 2
- Education: Diploma in Accounting & Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a business organization.
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
2. Underwriting Officer-I
- Qty: 2
- Education: BA/BSc degree in Management, Accounting & Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing Management, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year and above as an Underwriting Officer specifically in an insurance company.
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
3. Branch Manager-II
- Education: BA/BSc/MA/MSc in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- Experience: 6 years for BA holders (4 at senior/principal level) OR 4 years for MA holders (2 at senior level or as Branch Manager-I) in an insurance company.
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
4. Branch Manager-III
- Education: BA/BSc/MA/MSc in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- Experience: 7 years for BA holders (4 as Branch Manager-II) OR 5 years for MA holders (2 as Branch Manager-II) in an insurance company.
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
5. Branch Manager-IV
- Education: BA/BSc/MA/MSc in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- Experience: 8 years for BA holders (6 in progressive manager roles, 2 as BM-III) OR 6 years for MA holders (4 in progressive manager roles, 2 as BM-III) in an insurance company.
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
