Commercial Nominees, a leading provider of outsourced services in Ethiopia, is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following vacancies at its Head Office and Branch locations.


1. Security Service Supervisor

Role Summary: Responsible for the deployment, monitoring, and administration of security personnel. The supervisor ensures that security services are delivered efficiently according to contractual agreements while managing staff performance, training, and discipline.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Deploy and relocate security guards to various duty stations.
    • Patrol and monitor daily attendance and operational activities.
    • Identify uniform and supply needs and ensure timely distribution.
    • Conduct performance appraisals and identify skill gaps for on-the-job training.
    • Handle administrative matters, including leave scheduling and disciplinary issues.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction as per contract agreements.
  • Minimum Requirements:
    • Education: College Diploma in Military Science, Police Science, Management, Human Resource Management, or Public Administration.
    • Training: Must have completed Military or Police Leadership Training courses.
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
    • Military/Police Rank: Inspector (Police) or Lieutenant (Defense Forces).
    • Age: Maximum 57 years old.
  • Core Competencies: Good knowledge of military/police principles, security equipment handling, and strong communication skills.

2. Workshop Manager

Role Summary: Oversees the ATM Maintenance Workshop, ensuring defective components and modules are repaired, refurbished, and tested efficiently. The manager leads a team of engineers and technicians to minimize downtime and maintain high-quality repair standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage workshop workflows for ATM hardware and software diagnostics.
    • Lead and motivate technical teams to achieve repair targets.
    • Ensure adherence to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards and quality focus.
    • Coordinate spare parts management and technical documentation.
    • Maintain electrical and occupational safety protocols within the workshop.
  • Minimum Requirements:
    • Education: B.Sc. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; OR a Master’s Degree (MIS or M.Sc. in Engineering Management).
    • Experience (B.Sc. Holders): Minimum 10 years in ATM or electronic equipment repair, with 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
    • Experience (Master’s Holders): Minimum 8 years in ATM or electronic equipment repair, with 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Preferred: Training in Quality Management or Lean Maintenance practices.
  • Core Competencies: Technical proficiency, leadership, and complex analytical problem-solving skills.
