1. Senior Programme Manager
- Role Summary: Lead and deliver complex programs within access-constrained and Fragile and Conflict-Affected States (FCAS) contexts. You will ensure effective financial and risk management while building team capability.
- Essential Requirements:
- Strong understanding of FCDO Programme and Project Management (PPM) processes (including PrOF).
- Proven experience in managing multiple concurrent projects and implementing partners.
- Expert proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Desirable: Proficiency in Arabic, experience working in/on Sudan, and professional accreditations (PRINCE2, APM, or PMI).
- Salary: USD 2,198.28 (Gross base salary).
2. Deputy Country Director (SEO) – Dept. for Business and Trade
- Role Summary: Support businesses in winning commercial opportunities and manage high-level client relationships. This role requires a “can-do” attitude to navigate challenges in the investment and trade landscape.
- Essential Requirements:
- Postgraduate or undergraduate degree with relevant professional qualifications.
- Experience in the private sector, investment promotion agencies, or professional services firms.
- Proven track record in leadership and cross-team collaboration.
- Fluency in English and Amharic.
- Desirable: Knowledge of the UK and Ethiopian business environments, experience in deal brokering, and budget management.
- Salary: USD 2,198.28 (Gross base salary).
