Position Purpose
The primary goal of this role is to coordinate daily distribution operations to ensure product availability and service excellence.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Delivery Coordination: Manage distributor deliveries and oversee route execution.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, ensure proper stock rotation, and check product freshness.
- Performance Tracking: Track delivery performance and resolve any distribution-related issues promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate distribution records and generate detailed operational reports.
Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics.
- Experience: 4–5 years of experience in distribution or logistics coordination.
- Attributes: Strong operational discipline and reporting skills.
