Position: Senior HC & Talent Management Officer

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Capital Management, Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR principles, talent management strategies, and operational practices specifically within the Microfinance (MFI) or Banking sectors.
