Hallelujah Consultancy and Training Services is a national consulting firm that provides high-level advisory, evaluation, and technical support services in public health, humanitarian systems, and development programming. The firm frequently collaborates with government institutions, UN agencies, and international partners.

Position 1: Project Lead – Finance and Administration

  • Quantity: One (1) — Female Candidates Highly Preferred
  • Employment Type: Full-Time Track / Multi-Assignment Management

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, though a Master’s Degree is highly preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Experience Baseline:
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience if holding a Bachelor’s Degree.
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience if holding a Master’s Degree.
  • Core Competencies: Proven mastery of financial management and reporting, administrative systems, procurement/logistics, HR compliance, internal audit readiness, and proposal development.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Pack (specifically Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Outlook, PowerPoint) and specialized accounting software.

Position 2: Consultants / Data Collectors (Professional Roster Pool)

  • Role Summary: Advisors and consultants join a multidisciplinary pool to support transient or complex assignments involving qualitative/quantitative research, field data collection, training facilitation, policy formulation, and stakeholder engagement.

Targeted Fields of Expertise

  • Public Health & Nutrition: MNCH, RMNCAH, primary health care systems, vaccine-preventable diseases/immunization (EPI), quality of care, CMAM, and food security.
  • Humanitarian & Emergency Programming: Disaster Risk Management (DRM), resilience building, migration/refugee health, international humanitarian coordination, and fragile/conflict-affected contexts.
  • Cross-Cutting Systems: WASH integration, cold chain systems, zero-dose strategies, Gender, Equity and Social Inclusion (GESI), health economics, costing, and resource mobilization.
  • Social Sciences & MERL: Quantitative/qualitative social science research, monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning (MERL), Sociology, Anthropology, and Social and Behavioral Change (SBC).

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred) in Public Health, Nutrition, Humanitarian Studies, Education, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Experience Baseline: * Minimum of 5 years of field experience if holding a Bachelor’s Degree.
    • Minimum of 3 years of field experience if holding a Master’s or Ph.D.
  • Core Competencies: Strong background in fieldwork, technical report writing, capacity building, and stakeholder consultation. Fluency in written and spoken English and Amharic is mandatory.
