Position 1: Mid-Level General Mechanic / Kitchen, Laundry & Refrigeration Technician

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: TVET Level III/IV, Diploma, or equivalent in General Mechanics, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & A/C, or Industrial Electricity.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial kitchen, laundry, and refrigeration equipment.
- Preferred Advantage: Prior maintenance experience within the hotel industry is highly desired.
Technical Skills & Equipment Knowledge
- Equipment Domain: Commercial ovens, steamers, industrial dishwashers, hood systems, water heaters, commercial washing machines, dryers, ironers, cold rooms, freezers, chillers, and refrigerators.
- Core Skills: Ability to execute preventive and corrective maintenance, perform testing and commissioning, accurately read wiring diagrams/technical manuals, diagnose mechanical/electrical faults, and handle spare parts replacement.
Position 2: Electrician

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: TVET Level III/IV, Diploma, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in commercial/industrial electrical installation, maintenance, and system repair.
- Preferred Advantage: Hands-on experience with large building or hotel electrical systems.
Technical Skills & Equipment Knowledge
- Equipment Domain: Electrical panels, distribution boards (DBs), Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), generators, commercial lighting systems, water pumps, fire alarm systems, and low-voltage control systems.
- Core Skills: Expert fault diagnosis and complex panel troubleshooting, reading advanced electrical drawings, executing cable terminations, system testing, commissioning, and running preventive maintenance protocols.
General Competencies (Both Positions)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnosis capabilities under pressure.
- Highly disciplined, punctual, responsible, and a collaborative team player.
- Travel Flexibility: Must be willing to travel to various project sites as required.
