Job Purpose
With 30 open slots, Selected Sales Representatives will drive property acquisition cycles, present high-value residential and commercial real estate portfolios to prospective buyers, and explain how Ovid’s modern engineering technologies deliver superior, fast-tracked structural value.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential property buyers, real estate investors, and corporate entities to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Property Presentations: Conduct detailed structural and architectural presentations, showcasing layout aesthetics, material quality, and investment yields to clients.
- Deal Negotiation & Closing: Guide buyers through the legal and financial frameworks of property purchasing, manage structural pricing inquiries, and execute closing protocols.
- Market Feedback: Monitor regional real estate developments and consumer demands in Addis Ababa to assist management with strategic commercial positioning.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) in Marketing Management, Business Management, Engineering, or closely related fields of study.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of active experience in direct sales, high-value asset brokerage, customer success, or real estate client handling.
Core Competencies:
